Credit account onboarding
A credit application that finishes itself
The emailed PDF comes back half filled, unsigned, with no trade references and the wrong entity named. Then someone chases it for a fortnight while the customer buys elsewhere. This asks for the right things the first time, checks them as they are entered, and puts the decision in front of the person who can make it.
From link to open account
- 1
You send a link
One link, on your own domain and branding. No PDF, no printing, no wet signature.
- 2
They apply
The form adapts to the entity type and the country. A trust asks for the deed and the trustee; a sole trader does not.
- 3
Details are checked as they type
Company numbers are matched against the register, trade references and bank details are captured in structured fields, and supporting documents upload straight into the application.
- 4
It reaches the right approver
The credit limit requested decides who signs. Under your first threshold it can approve itself; above it, each step goes to the role you nominated.
- 5
They approve from the email
Approve or decline from the message, with a comment. No login, and the link works once.
- 6
The account opens
The decision email carries the completed application, your terms of trade and your privacy notice as attachments. Your ERP gets the account over the API.
What it covers
The application
- Companies, sole traders, partnerships and trusts, each asked only what applies to them
- Country packs for Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and the EU
- Every field can be turned off, made mandatory, renamed or given your own help text
- Trade references, PPSA acknowledgement, director's guarantee and credit check consent
- Applicants upload the deed, the ID, the financials — whatever you ask for
The decision
- Approval tiers by credit limit, with as many steps as the limit warrants
- Approve or decline from the email, single use, with the reason recorded
- Automatic reminders while an application sits incomplete
- Every field change, upload and decision written to an audit trail
Around it
- Your logo, colours and domain — applicants never see ours
- Email and SMS through ClickSend, your own SMTP server, or a webhook into your stack
- Payment details captured through Stripe's hosted page, so no card or bank number is ever stored here
- API keys and webhooks to push approved accounts into your ERP, and pull your sales rep list back
Written by people who chased the money
Forty years in credit management and accounts receivable sit behind the decisions in this product — why a trust needs the trustee named as the contracting party, why a guarantee taken at application is worth more than one taken at default, why the approval limit belongs to a role and not a person. Software people build forms. This was built by someone who has had to enforce what the form collected.
It is part of the same group as Kuhlekt, our accounts receivable platform — so the account you open here is the account you later collect on.
